I came to Virginia from Peru in 2005, the same year I started in real estate. I know what a home means when you're building a life in a new country, and I've spent my career making homeownership possible for families who were told it was out of reach.
My degree is in economics, so I treat every move as a financial decision as well as an emotional one. I'll show you the numbers, tell you the truth, and negotiate hard for you. I hold the ABR® (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designations and am trained to serve veterans and military families. Northern Virginia Magazine has named me a Top Real Estate Agent every year since 2017.
As Broker/Owner of Impact Real Estate, I also lead and mentor our agents, so every client we serve is backed by a brokerage built on training, accountability and care. I'm active in NAHREP DC leadership, advocating for Hispanic homeownership, and I've shared homebuying advice with our community on Spanish-language radio. Outside the office, I'm a proud mom.

Lina came to the U.S. from Colombia in 2013 and built her career on what her clients value most: persistence, attention to detail and follow-through. Before real estate, she worked as a paralegal and in construction and studied business administration. She reads contracts carefully and sees a house for what it really is, down to the bones.
Licensed in Virginia, Maryland and DC since 2023, and a DC resident herself, Lina guides buyers and sellers from the first showing to the closing table, in English or Spanish. Helping first-time buyers is her passion, and she's leading our growing luxury practice.
