Pamela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from a prestigious university in Peru, along with 18 years of experience in the real estate market in the metropolitan area. She is licensed to work in Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, and West Virginia.
Pamela strives to ensure her clients have a pleasant experience and successful transactions. She works equally well with both buyers and sellers and seeks to take an active role in every transaction, whether by using her extensive network of industry professionals or her experience to navigate the various stages of the process.
Pamela holds international certifications of ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), allowing her to represent both buyers and sellers. She is also trained to serve Veterans and adheres to the highest ethical standards of respect for diversity.
Additionally, Pamela is the Supervisor of agents at Impact Real Estate. She patiently guides them and oversees the firm’s operations.
